 World Internet Outreach Evangelical Commission/Unique Christian Mission (WIOEM/UCM) is an evangelistic ministry directed at preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, fostering spiritual awakening among believers, and raising spiritual warriors to go forth and do exploits under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, destroying the works of darkness, and establishing God's righteousness with miracles, signs and wonders. The source of strength of this ministry is the written word of God.

The ministry operates by organizing revival services, crusades, conferences, seminars and retreats to preach and teach God's word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We work alongside with other churches to achieve this objective. The ministry also help other churches to plants churches and fellowships in areas where they are needed for the enhancement of the work of the Kingdom of God.

The ministry goes beyond and crosses ALL DENOMINATIONAL LINES to address the urgency of "complete total healing and wholeness to all, regardless of faith, race, color, creed, national origin, religious background, or educational and financial status. Everyone in the corporate Body of Jesus Christ must be made whole."
