RECEEVE NEW LIFE
;

If you have never invited Jesus Christ into your life, or if you are unsure of your salvation, we invite you to pray right now.
1 John 5:11-13 says:

11. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

12. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

13. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, THAT YOU MAY KNOW that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
You can pray this suggested prayer right now and receive Jesus Christ by faith!"Father God, I believe that you sent Jesus Christ as the Savior of the World.

I believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose from the dead as your Word declares. I am sorry for my sins and I want to change my life. Please forgive me of all my sins and wrong doings.

I renounce every connection, both known and unknown, with Satan and his evil ways. I now receive Jesus Christ in my heart by faith, and I dedicate my life to Him as my Lord and Savior. Jesus, make me the kind of person that you want to be by the power of your Holy Spirit. I completely dedicate my life to You and Your service. Amen."
If you sincerely prayed to receive Jesus Christ and repented of your sins, God's Word pronounces that you have eternal life (reread the verses quoted above).

Accept this fact by faith, and do not depend on your feelings. According to God's Word, you now have eternal life in the Son. The Holy Spirit has come into your heart, and "sealed" you as God's possession (Ephesians 1:13,14).

Now that you are a Christian,

it is important that you ...
READ YOUR BIBLE DAILY- we suggest that you begin reading your Bible in St. John, chapter 1. This will give you a good start in making Bible study a priority in your life. As you read, underline and mark key verses and phrases that stand out to you. Let the Holy Spirit speak to your heart as you read.

PRAY THROUGHOUT THE DAY- prayer is simply talking with God. Take time to tell God your needs and concerns throughout the day. Ask God for His help in the problems that you are facing. As you express your desires to God, your relationship with Him will grow. When you take the time to pray, you are demonstrating your dependency and trust in God.

FELLOWSHIP WITH POSITIVE, FAITH-FILLED CHRISTIANS - find a good home church that teaches the Bible and believes in the work of the Holy Spirit. Remember, no church is perfect, because churches are made up of imperfect people! But all of us need friends that we can share with and have fun with. It's important that you make your main group of friends people who are actively following Christ. Ask God to direct your steps to positive Christians.

OBEY GOD- Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you and change you in your attitudes and actions. Being a Christian does not mean that you are perfect -- it means that you are a child of God, "Under Construction." Ask God to help you overcome old habits, and build new ones by the power of His Spirit.

SHARE YOUR FAITH- Tell someone about your new commitment to Christ! Help them find what you have found! The Bible teaches that God will honor us when we honor Him with our testimony. Look for opportunities to tactfully share your new faith in Christ.

Congratulations On Your Decision For Christ!
